PADI IE on Phuket for May 2017 was very successful
The PADI IE on Phuket for May 2017 was very successful with both Glenn and Toon now being brand new PADI Instructors! Well done and congratulations are in place!
The recent PADI IDC for May 2017 on Phuket, Thailand in conjunction with PADI CDC Center ‘Dive Asia’ was completed last week.
This weekend however was all about the PADI IE and both of them nailed it. A great job and all the hard work of both Toon and Glenn paid off with a well deserved PADI Instructor rating.
As always, the PADI IE is about short bursts of action and long waiting times in between those bursts of action. They kept their cool though and were on the ball when they had to be. It’s an up and down affair for the nerves and they handled, very well indeed.
We just got back from a nice Thai dinner with the whole group and their respective partners and supporters.
Tomorrow ‘real’ life continues with Glenn and me being on the boat for two days to complete his MSDT prep course and getting 5 Instructor level specialties out of the way, including Deep diving, Wreck diving, self-reliant, DUP (Digital Underwater Photography) and DPV’s (diver propulsion vehicles) or the underwater scooters.
PADI IE on Phuket for May 2017 was very successful; After the closing of the PADI IE, from left to right; Toon (PADI OWSI), Camille (Platinum PADI Course Director), Rob (PADI Examiner) and Glenn (PADI OWSI) with a nice photo bomb by PADI Examiner Brendon! Picture taken at Chalong pier.
